shifts

wearing face masks
- Regular Sanitization: our warehouse is being sanitized and surfaces are
disinfected after use with alcohol-based supplies.

and we are encouraging contact less delivery through prepaid orders only.

Question Do you have an in-store pickup facility?

We do not have an in-store pickup option at the moment. We shall ship all our orders through our registered delivery partner.

We accept all credit and debit cards (International as well). We also accept net banking.

Question Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Answer

Once the order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Question Can I exchange/ Return my products?

We use registered courier partners for delivery of our products.

Question Which countries do you deliver?
Answer

Currently we deliver in USA, UK and Australia. Kindly get in touch with our customer care team if you wish to get your order delivered elsewhere.

Question Do I have to pay customs and import charges for my order?
Answer

For any international orders, the customs and import charges shall be paid by the customer. Mrunalini Rao is not responsible for these charges.

Question Do you offer a credit note?

No, we do not offer any credit note or store credits.

We have free shipping for all products across India.
